In 2021, The Agostinellis started raising a few birds to have fresh eggs and meat for family and friends. After talking to several people in Restaurant, Catering, and Retail industries, they realized this could be a profitable venture and decided to start this local, family run, Quail Farm. Located in Shingletown, PA, this small operation continues to grow with more and more interest spanning across the region and even the state.

After researching all of the amazing benefits of Quail eggs and beautiful recipes for the birds, this was a no-brainer to start this business.
